Caden is 3!

To my sweet little Man,

I can't believe you are 3!  Three years ago you came into this world and changed our lives forever.  You made us parents; you made our life a new adventure and a new journey that we all get to figure out together!  You have an active, happy, full-of-life boy and I am thankful for everything about you!  You are growing up so fast and you change every single day!  You have changed so much in the past year I don't even know where to start.  You changed to a big boy bed on your second birthday last year and did awesome.  You pretty much potty trained yourself last June because you wouldn't leave your diaper on. . . you were ready--I wasn't (didn't even have undies in the house), but that's just like you . . . full of surprises when you are ready!  You went to preschool at Asbury this past year on Tuesday and Thursday's.  You loved it!  You loved playing outside and Music with Miss Kathy.  You made several friends and talked about them all the time.  You love to play with your friends and you are learning to play so nice with them.  You are the best big brother anyone could ask for! You have always loved Kinley but you had to learn how to be gentle.  For the past several months you all have enjoyed playing together and you love having someone to play with.  You love to show her how to do things and how to say words.  She adores you and likes to copy everything you do.  You all play pretty well together and you always want to know where she is.  You go get her every morning from her bed and play in her crib with her...You run in her room saying "'Little Moosy' are you ready to get up, yeah, okay, I am coming!"  You love your Daddy and love spending time with him!  You and Daddy went to your first campout this past April.  You loved it!  Especially the tent! You did awesome and keep asking to sleep in the tent again.  You also enjoy mowing with Daddy and helping him fix things.  Daddy started playing golf again and you got your clubs out and started playing too!  You are his little sidekick! You adore your Daddy, but you are still a total momma's boy!  You would be with me every second of every day if you could.  You love to help me in the kitchen and you have little jobs that you do so well!  Every morning (once your clock is yellow) you come down and if I am still in bed you get in bed with me and just cuddle and share my pillow with me!  I love it! You love to cuddle at night and read a book or watch a movie.  Those times are so special to me!  I love you, my little man, more then you will ever know!  You are a joy to us, Caden, and we are so excited to watch you grow and see the things in store for you. You will always be the one that made me "Mommy" and you will always have a special place in my heart!
